We strive to make quality products. If however, you receive a product that is faulty, we will refund that portion of your invoice or replace it free of charge. We will need to see evidence of said fault with a picture emailed to us. This needs to be done within 3 days of receipt of your package.
SHIPPING: any shipping over charges over $1 above actual shipping cost will be refunded.
Due to the nature of bath and body products, we cannot accept returns unless it is found to be faulty. Please read descriptions to be sure of scent, product, size and ingredients. All of this information should be provided on each and every product listed in our website.
We ship via the United States Postal Service in the most affordable way we can and try to make sure your packages are securely wrapped. We are not responsible for damage or loss after it leaves our location. Most packages come with $50 product insurance. If your order costs more than that, please message us to purchase more insurance. Also, we cannot be held responsible for wrongly delivered packages unless you have purchased signature confirmation for $2.90 per package. We will do our best to help you in anyway we can, but without these coverages, it will be the buyers responsibility to file a claim with the Postal Service. Every package we send priority has a tracking number. We follow that tracking to keep you updated in case of any delays.
